Meme - Draw this again! (¡Dibuja esto de nuevo!) - Legolas 2003-2015

This meme should have been posted months ago, so I upload it now.

The fanart of Legolas on the left was drawn in 2003 and I used watercolours to paint. Last year I wanted to draw the same fanart, this time painted digitally. The evolution of my style is quite noticeable. In the next links you can see both drawings in more detail:

Hace meses que debería haber subido este meme, así que lo subo ahora.

El fanart de Legolas de la izquierda lo dibujé en 2003 y utilicé acuarelas para pintarlo. El año pasado me apeteció volver a dibujar el mismo fanart, esta vez pintado de forma digital. La evolución de mi estilo se nota bastante. En los siguientes enlaces podéis ver ambos dibujos con más detalle:

Dragon Tattoo 2016

First artwork of the year! Although I wanted to upload this drawing in December 2015. It turns out that I started it in November 2015 and had a hard time to finish it because my pen tablet began to fail. Then Christmas came and I left the drawing to give priority to the Christmas illustration, which also was hard to finish because the tablet was working really bad. Finally I returned to work in this illustration and considered it finished until I realized that I I forgot to add some details of the dragon "tattoo" and chains belt. I wanted to finish it, but my tablet said it didn't want to keep working and could not finish it.

But as you can see, I managed to finish the little details. How? I had no choice but to buy a new tablet because the old one doesn't work properly even with the driver updated. Yesterday I got my new tablet and I finally finished the drawing. In my blog Valkyrie Memories I will publish in the coming days an entry for a review of my new tablet.

I also want to say that this is a redrawn artwork. Originally I drew it in 2006, you can see it here.

¡Primer dibujo del año! Aunque este dibujo lo iba a publicar en diciembre de 2015. Resulta que lo empecé en Noviembre de 2015 y me costó mucho terminarlo porque mi tableta gráfica empezaba a fallar. Luego vino Navidad y dejé el dibujo apartado para darle prioridad a la felicitación navideña, que también me costó terminarla porque la tableta iba cada vez peor. Finalmente volví a trabajar en esta ilustración y lo di por terminado hasta que me di cuenta de que me faltaron algunos detalles del "tatuaje" del dragón y las cadenas del cinturón. Quise terminarlo, pero mi tableta dijo que no no quería trabajar más y no lo pude terminar.

Pero como podéis ver, he conseguido terminar esos pequeños detalles. ¿Cómo? No me quedó otra opción que comprar una tableta nueva porque la vieja no iba bien ni con el controlador actualizado. Ayer me llegó mi nueva tableta y por fin pude terminar el dibujo. En mi blog Valkyrie Memories publicaré en los próximos días una entrada sobre mi nueva tableta.

También quiero comentar que este es un dibujo que he redibujado. Originalmente lo dibujé en 2006, podéis verlo aquí.

Happy New Year 2016! · ¡Feliz año nuevo 2016!

Another year is ending to start a new one. Although this blog is about my artworks, I have made a card with a photo of three of my dolls to wish you all a happy new year 2016, that all your dreams come true and have health to enjoy the surprises that this new year has prepared for you all.

Otro año se nos va para empezar uno nuevo. Aunque este blog sea sobre mis ilustraciones, he hecho una felicitación con una foto de tres de mis muñecas para desearos a todos un feliz año nuevo 2016, que vuestros sueños se hagan realidad y gocéis de salud para disfrutar de las sorpresas que este nuevo año os tenga preparadas.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas has arrived, so as usual I have made an illustration to congratulate my followers.

Usually I draw sexy boys and/or girls for the Christmas card, but this time I decided to draw something different. As drawing animals is still my weak point, I have made the effort to draw a Shiba Inu dog. I really like these dogs with foxy look.

¡FELIZ NAVIDAD!

Ya ha llegado Navidad, así que como de costumbre he hecho una ilustración para felicitar a mis seguidores.

Normalmente dibujo chicos y/o chicas sexys para la postal navideña, pero en esa ocasión he decidido dibujar algo diferente. Como dibujar animales sigue siendo mi punto flaco, he hecho el esfuerzo de dibujar un perro de raza Shiba Inu. Me gustan mucho estos perros de aspecto zorruno.

Espero que todos estéis pasando unas felices fiestas.

Sugar Skull - Día de los muertos 2015

This drawing is the result of another challenge on PaigeeWorld. The challenge is "Sugar Skull" and this is my version of it. I have drawn something completely different from the initial idea.
